How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund through the following channels:

  1. Support Ticket: Raise a support ticket directly on the dashboard. Click on the “Contact Us” button, explain your issue, and our team will respond within 24 hours.

  3. Customer Support Call: Call us at +91 97272 03888 during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

After submitting your refund request, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming that your request has been processed.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  1. Plan Duration Criteria
    Refunds must be requested within the specified period after purchase:

    • 10 Days: For 30-Day Plans
    • 30 Days: For 90-Day Plans
    • 30 Days: For Annual Plans (365 Days)
  2. Usage Criteria
    • You must have at least one active job post for three consecutive days after purchase.
    • You must have consumed less than 25% of the plan’s allotted services (e.g., database access, candidate responses, or calls).

Example Case

  • Plan Amount: ₹5000
  • Plan Validity: 90 Days
  • Database Quota: 2000 records
  • Refund Request Date: 9th Day
  • Database Consumed: 250 records (12.5%)

If the above criteria are met, the user is eligible for a refund.

  1. Compliance with Policies
    • Your profile must be verified and adhere to Labhubaa Jobs’ terms and conditions.

Note: Refunds will only be issued if all the above conditions are met.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once validated, refunds are processed immediately. The credited amount will appear in your original payment method within 4–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor.

Cases Not Eligible for Refund

Labhubaa Jobs is not liable for refunds or compensation in the following scenarios:

  • Candidate leaves the job prematurely.
  • Misconduct or fraudulent behavior by the candidate.
  • Employer’s non-compliance with Labhubaa Jobs’ policies.
  • Payments made directly to unauthorized individuals, bypassing official channels.
  • Employers using the platform for illegal or unethical purposes (e.g., fake job postings or solicitation).

Fraudulent and Prohibited Activities

Accounts engaging in the following activities will be restricted, and refunds will not be provided:

  • Posting false or misleading job details.
  • Charging candidates fees, deposits, or any unauthorized payments.
  • Violating government employment laws or policies.

Escalation Process

If you disagree with a refund decision or find it unethical, escalate your concern through the following channels:
