2.1 By registering as a Member (Employer or Employee), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Visitors who do not register also affirm agreement to these terms whenever they access the platform.

2.2 The platform facilitates communication between Employers and Employees by allowing Employers to view candidate profiles and contact them directly.

2.3 Any profile or content containing political, illegal, or inappropriate material will be rejected or removed without notice.

2.4 Labhubaa Jobs does not issue experience certificates or guarantee employment or employee performance.

3.1 Labhubaa Jobs takes reasonable precautions to keep the information provided by Employers and Employees secure. However, we are not liable for unauthorized access, misuse, or loss of data caused by third parties.

3.2 Members are responsible for ensuring their contact details, including email and phone numbers, are valid and up to date.

3.3 Labhubaa Jobs’ Privacy Policy is part of these Terms and Conditions. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to how we handle your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

  1. Member Obligations

4.1 Members must not impersonate any person or entity or provide false or unauthorized information.

4.2 Employers are solely responsible for verifying the background and credentials of candidates they hire. Labhubaa Jobs does not perform background checks or vouch for the integrity of any Member.

4.3 Employers and Employees must use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  1. Limitations of Liability

5.1 Labhubaa Jobs is not liable for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

  • Financial or physical loss.
  • Unauthorized access to data.
  • Criminal or illegal activities committed by candidates or employers.

5.2 Employers and Employees are advised to exercise caution and perform due diligence in their interactions.

  1. Prohibited Use

6.1 The following activities are prohibited on the platform:

  • Posting false, misleading, or inappropriate job details.
  • Charging candidates any form of fees, security deposits, or similar charges.
  • Using the platform for political, illegal, or fraudulent purposes.

6.2 Placement agencies and consultancies are strictly prohibited from using the platform. Payments made by such entities will not be refunded.
